Jacqueline brings to her clinical practice over 35 years in the social service field, providing services to children, youth and families. She has a background in service delivery for children and youth involved in the child welfare system, including being a CEO of a not for profit for

single parents. In the past 5 years, Jacqueline has been in private practice offering play therapy, individual adult therapy and working with systems and families to improve mental health outcomes.


Jacqueline specializes in working with individuals who have trauma backgrounds and addictions and is certified in Brainspotting, a specialized intervention that reduces the negative impacts of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders and similar compulsive behaviours. She has completed specialized brainspotting training in addictive behaviours.


Jacqueline is an Addiction Specialist appointed by the Province of Manitoba to complete assessments on youth who are considered high risk for negative outcomes related to substance abuse. She has over 20 years of experience delivering training to Child & Youth Care providers

and staff involved in the child welfare system.
